2 February 2024 Board Changes Restructured Board for refocused strategy The Directors of Australian Potash Limited (APC or the Company) (ASX: APC) advise the following Board changes have taken effect at today’s date. Dr Natalia Streltsova has resigned as a non-executive director, having joined the Board of APC in December 2021. Natalia was Chair of the Board of directors and an instrumental member of the sub-committees of the Board. Mr Rhett Brans has resigned as a non-executive director, having joined the Board of APC in May 2017. Rhett assumed the role as Technical Director for the finalisation of the Definitive Feasibility Study and Front End Engineering and Design programs for the development of the Lake Wells SOP project. Managing Director and CEO, Matt Shackleton said: “Natalia’s and Rhett’s guidance and advice to me and the broader APC team through their tenure with the Company was always appreciated and valuable. It was a pleasure to work with them both. Their professionalism as directors and their deep experience and technical insight proved valuable through the project study and early works programs at the LSOP. “We are fortunate to have Mr Jonathan Fisher join the Board of APC as we position the Company for the next phase of exploration. Jono brings to our team a depth of experience that ranges across various commodities, debt and capital markets and stakeholder management. Currently the CEO of ASX listed Cauldron Energy, Jono has been instrumental in the renaissance of the uranium sector. Both Cathy Moises and I welcome Jono to our Board.” Mr Jonathan Fisher Jonathan holds degrees in Law and Finance & Commerce and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was previously General Manager Corporate Finance at Atlas Iron Limited over the period of that company’s growth into a significant player in the WA iron ore industry. Jonathan has held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Cauldron Energy Limited since December 2022, during which time its market capitalisation has grown five-fold. Jonathan’s deep corporate experience is reflected in his various other roles including with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rothschild (London) and Poynton & Partners, and as CFO for 5 years at Tellus Holdings Ltd. Change in Company Secretary Ms Michelle Blandford has resigned her position as Company Secretary with the Company. The Board thank Michelle for her tireless efforts managing not only the corporate governance framework for APC, but also in her role as Chief Administration Officer, for her professionalism, skill and experience across all facets of the business. The Board wish Michelle the best of success in her future endeavours. Mr Joel Ives has accepted the role in replacement for Michelle, joining APC in the capacity of Company Secretary.
