A final Directors Interest Notice was lodged earlier today in this respect. Cathy Moises, APC’s chair stated: “Matt has given APC (formerly Australian Potash Limited) over 11 years of dedicated service, having joined the Company in July 2014 and being appointed CEO and Managing Director in August 2018. During his tenure, Matt worked tirelessly to advance and secure funding for the Lake Wells Sulphate of Potash Project. Despite his significant efforts and commitment, external market forces ultimately prevented the project from proceeding as planned. We would like to sincerely acknowledge Matt’s energy, perseverance, and leadership throughout this period, and particularly his steady stewardship of the company during the recent voluntary administration process. His dedication and resilience during challenging circumstances have been greatly appreciated.
